Description:
1 isolate each of Escherichia coli O157:H7, E. coli non-O157, Shigella sp., Listeria monocytogenes, Salmonella sp., Vibrio cholera, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, and Campylobacter sp.; plus TIFF images of gels are sent to for participating laboratories to analyze in Bionumerics. BioNumerics analysis consists of successful processing & band marking of one TIFF image of a 10-well gel.
