Antimicrobial Susceptibility Testing and Species Identification • 6 cultures of Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex for 1st line susceptibility testing • 2 cultures of Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex for 2nd line susceptibility testing • 2 Mycobacteria species for identification including 1 for susceptibility testing Molecular Strain Typing • 10 cultures of M. tuberculosis complex for genotyping Clients will receive all selected test panels in one shipment in the month of May. Clients will be given sufficient time to test and report the panel results appropriate to the test procedures.
